No. That's one of the reasons we designed the membership this way. Your R&R Bank can build between visits, giving you the flexibility to plan your treatments around your goals rather than having a predetermined treatment every month.

Your accumulated R&R Bank can be applied toward eligible services and treatments at Rich & Rooted Medspa.

Any paid funds remaining in your R&R Bank remain in your wallet after your membership ends and may still be used toward eligible services.
However, membership pricing, discounts, Member Drops, early access and other active-member benefits end when the membership terminates.

Yes. The R&R Membership has a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial commitment period, your membership continues monthly until canceled according to the membership cancellation policy.

No. Membership pricing, discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
When more than one offer is available, we can apply the eligible option that makes the most sense for that visit.

Eligible members may choose a complimentary treatment enhancement OR a $50 service credit toward an eligible service of $150 or more during their birthday month.
To qualify, your membership must have been active for at least 60 days prior to the start of your birthday month.
The birthday benefit must be redeemed during your birthday month, is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another offer. One birthday benefit per eligible member per year.

No. Memberships, membership benefits and funds held in an individual member's R&R Bank are for that member's use and are non-transferable.
